General Shipping Information

At Suzynmom, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time & Shipping Rates

  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@suzynmom.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for an immediate resolution.
